Basic Your Best Buy Inc., WarrantyGuard.com & Warranties.cc websites will electronically transmit your on-line warranty to GE. GE will then mail your extended warranty policy via US Postal Service within 4 to 6 weeks. In the event you need a repair under the extended warranty, simply call 1-800-626-2001. |

| Product Exchange Plan/Warranty |
| The Product Exchange Plan term is an extension of the manufacturer’s written warranty and continues for the period defined on your sales receipt or until a replacement claim is paid, whichever occurs first. Actual replacement coverage under this Plan begins upon expiration of the shortest portion of the manufacturer’s original or factory-refurbished parts and/or labor warranty. In the event your covered product suffers a mechanical or electrical failure, after expiration of the manufacturer warranty, this Plan will replace your original product with a product of equal or similar features and functionality, though not necessarily the same brand. A replacement product may be new or refurbished. The Product Exchange Plan is limited to one replacement for products purchased for less than $500 and does not cover trip, labor or shipping. The Product Exchange Plan is not transferable, and does not include any Special Features or Benefits or Optional Coverage’s. |
| The Replacement Plan will replace modular components on products where applicable instead of the entire unit when such products consist of self-contained modules, units and/or components, including but not limited to video game controllers, MP3 player earphones, television remotes, etc.
Technological advances may result in a replacement product with a lower selling price than the original product. No refunds will be made based on the replacement product cost difference. The most we will pay on any replacement of your covered product is the price you paid for the original product, excluding taxes. If we replace the covered product in its entirety, our maximum liability has been met under this contract and there will no longer be coverage under the terms of this contract. Replacement products will include a manufacturer’s warranty and the retailer has the option to offer an additional extended service contract on the replacement product. If a replacement product is not available, we will refund up to the product purchase price, excluding taxes, and this contract will be fulfilled and all obligations satisfied. Replacement products may be new or rebuilt products. In no event shall the obligation to administer claims extend beyond the term of coverage commencing upon the date of product purchase. You may be required to ship or deliver the defective product prior to receiving a replacement product. The Administrator and Insurance Company own all complete units replaced in their entirety. If it is determined the problem is not covered under the terms of the Plan or there is a “no problem found” diagnosis, you will be responsible for any related charges to the service center. |

| Product Availability |
| Basic Your Best Buy Inc. stocks approximately (2) million dollars of inventory. On most items, Basic Your Best Buy Inc. will ship your product within 24 hours. On products not in stock, average delivery time is 10 to 14 business days. If we anticipate a delay in shipping or a possible backorder, we will contact you and keep you up to date with the status of your order. | Shipping |
| At Basic Your Best Buy Inc., we ship merchandise to our customers through Federal Express, United Parcel Service, and Licensed Freight Carriers. Merchandise shipped through FedEx or UPS will be left at your door if you are not there to sign. If one of our licensed freight carriers is delivering your merchandise, they will call in advance to schedule a convenient time for you to be there and sign for the shipment. Delivery personnel will not deliver your product unless you are there to sign for it. Unless specified by the customer at the time of purchase, delivery personnel are not authorized to bring your merchandise into the home nor will they install. This is curbside delivery only. |

| Return Information |
| It is at the discretion of Basic Your Best Buy Inc. to accept returned merchandise, after a 10-day period of receipt of the product. You must contact us directly before you attempt to return Product to obtain a Return Authorization number for you to include with your return, which is only valid for 15 days after issuance. After this 15-day period, Basic Your Best Buy Inc. has the right to refuse the product. You must return Product to us in their original or equivalent packaging. You are responsible for risk of loss, shipping and handling fees for returning Product. Once our returns department receives and inspects the merchandise, we will issue a refund less shipping and a 25% restocking fee for orders made in error. The returned merchandise must be un-opened and all product manuals, accessories, etc., must be intact, new and un-used. |

| Merchandise Damaged In Delivery |
| For your protection, do not sign for merchandise until you have inspected your product for damage. If damaged merchandise is received, keep the original carton the product arrived in and follow these steps: |
| FedEx or UPS: Call Basic Your Best Buy Inc. (BYBB) at 1-800-851-0753 within three days of receipt to obtain additional instructions. |
| Licensed Freight Carrier: If the trucking company delivers damaged merchandise to you, have the driver write down the nature of the damage on the Bill of Lading. Make sure both you and the driver sign this Bill of Lading. If damage to merchandise is severe, you may refuse the shipment. Be sure that the driver has noted the damage in detail; both the driver and you have signed, and get your customer copy of receipt or Bill of Lading. Contact Basic Your Best Buy Inc. (BYBB) at 1-800-851-0753 for additional instructions. |
| If you did not inspect products for damage when you received them, you have 72 hours from receipt of delivery to report any damages to Basic Your Best Buy Inc. After the 72-hour period, Basic Your Best Buy Inc. is unable to file a damage claim with the shipping companies. After the 72-hour period has expired, it is the sole responsibility of the buyer of the products to repair any damage to the product. Basic Your Best Buy Inc. will not be responsible for any damages that were unreported within this 72-hour period after receipt of delivery. |

| Defective Merchandise |
| You must return defective merchandise to Basic Your Best Buy Inc. (BYBB) within 10 days of receipt of the merchandise at the address you specified to us when you placed the order. Before the return is allowed, certain merchandise may require manufacturer’s service in order to correct the problem. To return your product or merchandise, call us at 1-800-851-0753. |

| Cancellations |
| At Basic Your Best Buy Inc., our customers may cancel their order for any reason. If the product or merchandise has already been processed or shipped, it is your responsibility to pay all shipping and handling charges to your location and back to us. There will be a 25% restocking fee as well as freight charge by consumer back to us on all orders if there is a requested return. Basic Your Best Buy Inc. reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this agreement and any membership policies at any time without notice. Basic Your Best Buy Inc., at its discretion, may also cancel an order prior to shipment from a free email account as well as any other type of email account. Basic Your Best Buy Inc. reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason at anytime. |
