I just wanted to say thank you to Mr. Dennis Romero and the staff at Basic for their exceptional service. I had an entertainment center delivered to my home today to go along with the 61' RCA big screen I purchased from Basic 2 years ago. It looks great in my living room. I do all of my business with Basic because of the quality of service I have always received. My couches, televisions, camcorder, microwave, and surround sound system all came from Basic. I have always been treated as if I were a high dollar client and that my sale was the most important transaction at Basic that day. When I purchased my most prized possession from Basic 2 years ago (my first big screen tv), it was a monumental day. A month later I had problems with the TV. To my understanding, one of the picture tubes had been defective and the entire screen was green. I called Basic and they immediately jumped on the issue and sent a service guy out to my house. After a little patience on my end, they ordered a new tube and fixed my TV within a month. I learned a valuable lesson that sometimes things happen that you can't control, and thank goodness I did business with a reputable company that honored its sales and made sure its customers are satisfied. Because of this type of service, I returned to Basic and will continue to spend money there. When I walked in the door, Mr. Romero treated me like a person and he was truly concerned about meeting my needs as a customer, not just a commision bonus check. I was OK with waiting. 3 days later, I get a call from Heather, telling me my TV arrived and giving me the Watkins tracking number. 2 1/2 hours later Watkins calls me asking if I am going to be available tomorrow to get the TV delivered. I ordered a Maytag washer and dryer with Adrianne, and at first I was a little nervous; however, Adrianne made my shopping experience very pleasant, she answered any questions that I could think of, and was very patient with me. I also called couple competitor; however, they sounded just rude and pushy on the phone. You can’t beat the southern hospitality.
The product was not in stock when I placed the order! I was told that the product would arrive in 7-10 day at my house in NC. Jennifer called me as soon as the products came in, and told me that the products are on the way to NC!

So was my warranty for my 50" Sony TV - I paid $200 for the warranty that was $400 at the electronics store. customer service professionals that I deal with in many large companies and that is why I think that it is extremely important to let you all know about my experience with
your customer service department and let you know that you are definitely doing something right.
Brock was very helpful and honest about what he did and did not know. He made me feel like he was geniunely interested in helping me and that he appreciated the opportunity
to take my order. I know this sounds very simple but I can assure you that most professional customer service people are not capable of conveying this to a customer.
My final decision on wether or not to make my purchase through your company or a competitor was soley based upon the treatment that I recieved from Brock and his professionalism. He should be very proud of himself and your company should be proud to have him as an employee. Again, when I called I had not yet made a decision on
what company I would be purchasing our new appliances from but Brock made that decision an easy one.

Family run, they aren't "rushed" when you call them. Easy to reach by phone and totally responsive.
